RESERVATIONS:

All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car model. In case of no availability for a confirmed reservation, Halivelakis company reserves the right to offer a vehicle of bigger category with no extra change.

DRIVERS LINCENSE:

The driver is required to have and display a valid driver's lincense issued at least a year ago.Citizens of non-european countries are required to have a valid international driver's lincence.

DRIVER:

Driver's age shall be 23 years of age minimum.

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

The renter has to present a valid credit card for the rental.The rental must be prepaid.In case of the renter has no credit card has to pay also a quarantee deposit according to the type of the car and when the renter returns the car to our company,this money quarantee returns to him/her.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS-TRAFFIC FINES:

Violations and fines are bore by the renter.

CANCELLATIONS:

In case you aew willed to cancel a booking, the only method you follow is through our website. In case of cancellation of a booking at least 72 hours before the rental of the vehicle, all money will return back to you. In case of a cancellation of a booking more than 72 hours after the rental date, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

AFTER HOUS COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES:

Both of them are charged with 25 euros each.

COLLECTIONS-DELIVERIES OUT OF STATION:

All collections and deliveries are upon conversations with our company. City limits charge is 15 euros, outside city limits charge is 30 euro plus 0.6 per kiliometres and for the airport expenses the charge is 20 euros.

GPS / BABY OR CHILD SEAT / SNOW CHAINS:

GPS charge is 7 euro per day with maximum charge of 50 euros and it's availability will be upon request. Baby or child seat charge is 5 euro per day with a maximun charge of 50 euros and its availability is upon request also. The charge of snow chains is at 10 euros per day with maximun  charge of 80 euros per rental.

ACCIDENT:

The renter is obliged to inform the company as well as police and present the Police accident report to our company upon return of the vehicle. If the accident is caused by the renter, the renter will be charged with 15 euros for administrative expenses.

FUEL:

The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when it was collected. No money are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when were collected.

INSURANCES:

CDW Collision Damage Waiver:

The renter is covered for any damage to the rented vehicle.Over 600 euro - 1500 euro provided that he accepts and signs the terms of our comapany contract. Necessary is driving according to the traffic code. It don't covers tires damages, damages under neath the vehicle or loss / theft of personal items.

FDW Full Damage Waiver:

The renter can be fully coverd with zero excess in case he accepts and signs the terms of our company contact.It don't covers tires damages,damages under neath the vehicle or loss / theft of personal items.

Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotigs they do not include.

ROAD ASSISTANCE:

Halivelakis cars are covered with 24 hours Road assistance. Contact details will be provided to you from our emploees at the office.
